It’s important to recognise that the first 3 months of your baby’s life is a vital time for bonding & development. Your baby is likely to want to be held a lot in order to feel safe and secure. During this time, your confidence will hopefully begin to grow as a parent, and whilst you may be tired, these weeks known as the ‘fourth trimester’ definitely won’t last forever. 

If lack of sleep continues beyond 6 months, which is perfectly normal, it can leave you feeling like everything is beginning to get out of control. In this instance, I can help you to understand what is happening for your child. I will then assist you in putting a new plan in place based on your preferences, ensuring your child learns how to sleep either with you – or independently. 

I offer families a wide range of techniques for sleep training, and will recommend a plan that will be personalised to meet the needs of you and your child.

A private 1 – 2 – 1 sleep course with me lasts between 1.5 – 2hrs and includes a personalised sleep plan. I can also offer additional sessions to discuss progress and talk about any tweaks and changes that might be necessary.
